Strategic is the development, modification and implementation of the long-range land use visions of communities. L&M Engineering Limited offers strategic planning services to government and private land owners that include:

Examples of Strategic Planning projects include Official Community Plan development and review processes, Neighbourhood Plan development; marketing packages; stakeholder roundtable discussions and public open houses and survey processes.
