Leadership

The principals of the company are all senior professional engineers, specializing in various aspects of civil, transportation and municipal engineering.

Mr. Terry Fjellstrom, P.Eng., is the president of L&M Engineering and the company's transportation expert. Mr. Fjellstrom is a professional engineer with a Bachelor Degree in Applied Science in civil engineering from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Fjellstrom specializes in the preparation of municipal and provincial road and highways design, intersection design, subdivision planning and design, and the design of large commercial developments.


Mr. Darryl Brizan, P.Eng., is a principal partner of L&M Engineering Limited. Mr. Brizan specializes in the design and construction management of onsite sewage disposal systems, water systems, storm water management systems, residential subdivisions, and has a sound knowledge of all aspects of municipal and transportation engineering specifically in the areas of construction, infrastructure studies and detailed design of civil engineering projects. Mr. Brizan's experience has all been gained working in Central and Northern British Columbia. Mr. Brizan is a professional engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science in civil engineering from the University of British Columbia.


Mr. Jason Boyes, P.Eng., is a professional engineer with a Bachelor of Applied Science in civil engineering degree from the University of British Columbia, and L&M Engineering's specialist in municipal and industrial subdivisions and municipal infrastructure. Mr. Boyes has extensive experience in design and construction projects in Northern and Central British Columbia. Mr. Boyes also has experience in small to large scale subdivision planning, design and construction projects as well as commercial projects.

Mr. Luke McDonald, PMP, AScT, is the Office Manager of the Prince Rupert office and is a graduate of the Geomatic Engineering program of the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Mr. McDonald has an extensive range of experience in the fields of survey and civil engineering specializing in project and construction management. Recent key project experiences include capital project management roles for the Prince George Runway 15-33 Expansion Project and the Prince George Boundary Road Connector Project.
